I've placed orders with Artbox more times than I can count, and every single one has gone off without a hitch. Not only do they offer an awesome range of products, but they also ship stuff out super fast, and everything arrives nicely packed in the box. Seriously, they’ve got the top selection in the UK, and I totally recommend them to anyone who loves kawaii!

I messed up my online order, which meant my daughter wouldn’t receive her Kitty toy on Christmas. I shot an email to the company, and in just a few minutes, I got a response with instructions on how to fix the problem, plus a call back from their office. I was really pleased with the service provided by Artbox and how quickly they handled this urgent matter. Much appreciated!

I've placed a bunch of orders from this site, and every item I get comes in excellent shape. Everything is wrapped up nicely, and shipping has been smooth too. I'm from the U.K. It's awesome that they keep adding fresh items daily, and I really appreciate having a shop in the U.K. instead of always buying my kawaii goodies from abroad.

I've purchased a bunch of items from this site - the shipping has consistently been on point and everything matches the description each time. The products are fantastic, and all the Sanrio stuff is officially licensed and genuine. I just wish their website was a tad simpler to get around.

I give this place zero stars. We faced discrimination for not using hand sanitizer on our kids who have medical issues. A staff member, who was incredibly rude, informed us that we couldn't 'touch anything' in the store since the kids can't use sanitizer. This rule isn't even supported by Government Guidelines for COVID-19, as many folks can't use hand sanitizer due to skin problems or allergies. It's outright discrimination. We can shop anywhere else without being denied entry for this. We had no option but to leave, and to my shock, that same staff member started laughing sarcastically. The kids were really upset. I won't be coming back to this shop, that's for sure.

Artbox is amazing! I'm absolutely thrilled - I placed an order for some keychains on Tuesday the 8th, and they showed up today (the 10th).

They were packed really well in bubble wrap and are just too cute and perfect!!

I've made a few purchases during the lockdown and have been super impressed with how fast they deliver.

For instance, I ordered on a Wednesday, chose Free Delivery, and got my stuff by Friday. Independent sellers, take a hint!

Awesome, the shop in London is quite lovely and all the stuff I've ordered online has shown up fast and in excellent shape.

Delivery was lightning-quick across the UK. The quality of the items is fantastic! Totally recommend it. The prices are quite fair too.
